Carl began his fiduciary services career in 2004 and spent 18 years working for the Guernsey based Trust Companies of two leading international banks, Deutsche Bank AG and Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. During this time Carl covered a number of private client markets including; Asia/Pacific, Europe and the UK, the Middle East, Latin America and North America. 

He has led teams of administrators, been responsible for flagship relationships and has been a member of various senior leadership and business development teams. He has extensive experience dealing with financial and non-financial assets and a wide variety of fiduciary structures. With his experience, Carl understands the needs of cross border families and has assisted international private clients and their family offices to provide a holistic approach to fiduciary structuring, succession planning, wealth management and administration.

Carl joined Sequent (Guernsey) Limited in January 2022 as a Client Services Director and leads a team of professionals providing Trust and Company administration services to an international client base.

He has been a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners since 2012 and is also a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
