Pedro joined Sequent in February 2019 from Burges Salmon LLP, where he worked for 9 years as a lawyer in the Private Client services team, specialising in international trusts, UK tax and immigration, and succession planning.

Pedro provides in-house legal support on a broad range of matters relating to fiduciary structures, working with families and external advisors on the implementation of wealth and succession planning solutions.

Pedro studied law at the University of Cardiff and is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. He is a Full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), having completed the England & Wales examinations in 2014.

Pedro is a native English speaker and fluent in Portuguese.
